1. Services Rendered Are Non-Refundable
Once an IV therapy session or wellness service has been administered—whether in whole or in part—no refunds will be issued. This is due to the customized, perishable nature of the medical products used and the time allocated by licensed healthcare professionals.
2. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

3. Prepaid Packages or Memberships

No refunds will be issued after 30 days of purchase
4. Allergic Reactions or Unsatisfactory Results
While our treatments are administered by licensed professionals using medically approved formulas, individual results may vary. Hydrocare IV does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for mild side effects or lack of desired results. Refunds will not be granted for:

5. Provider-Initiated Cancellations
If Hydrocare IV cancels your appointment due to scheduling conflicts, weather, or medical screening concerns:

Or receive a full refund of any pre-paid amount
